All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes:

• Handmade jewelry

• Floral arrangements

• Custom orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery at ellaemodernvintage@gmail.com.  We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Additional Notes

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

• Floral orders are non-refundable once they are prepared, as they are made fresh and are time-sensitive.
