Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
• Economy Shipping: Free on orders $35 and up — Estimated delivery 5–8 business days
• Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders $0–$34.99 — Estimated delivery 3–4 business days
• Express Shipping: $10 — Estimated delivery 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers:
All orders ship from Naperville, Illinois, using USPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup in Naperville, Illinois. If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact us via email so we can provide the pickup address and coordinate a time. If you require delivery within the local area, we may be able to accommodate, depending on the location. Additional travel fees may apply for drop-off services.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Ella E Modern Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly or reach out to us at ellaemodernvintage@gmail.com to resolve any issues. 

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
